of the basics in school. This page is an attempt to help stop the suffering.

This is a direct result of a failure to teach the truth about something in everday life, our food.
This failure is epidemic in foundational areas of instruction in our public schools and needs to be fixed.
But that's only the tip of the iceberg. Much more needs to be restored to our schools.

To the parents of Wichita Falls Independent School District, You have a right to know there are major conflicts in education, but the school hasn't told you and neither has your local news. A New Elective Class could go far to overcome many of those conflicts. You have the right to request A NEW ELECTIVE CLASS and law says you can have it, if you ask for it. You can have a choice between new math, new history, new ways of "Progressive Education" or time-proven ways of traditional content and ways of teaching. It makes a difference bigger than Texas in the life, knowledge and understanding of your child. You can help secure this class for your student. In the late 90's the superintendent agreed to put on this New Elective Class after seeing a strong request for it; but later said she didn't have time to get it done. Please require the schools to do this for you and your children before giving them any more money. I'm convinced there's no other way to get the job done. You children can greatly benefit if you respond through this website. So please express your interest by either email or the guest book at the bottom of this page.

The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teaching we get from Exodus and St. Matthew, from Isaiah and St. Paul.
The state has now taken away many rights that existed sixty years ago when Truman spoke those words.
The First Amendment was born in the greatest Constitution of the world. The Declaration of Independence tells us personal involvement is necessary to preserve those liberties for ourselves and our posterity. To maintain those freedoms requires knowing the history of those freedoms; because you can't defend or keep what you don't know. Among other things there is a great failure to teach the history of our freedoms. Be an active and informed parent. Spend some time on this site which is written for you and your children. You can help strengthen your child's learning experience with facts you learn here. Students, please join in if you want to say something.
