Have you read your daily paper?
Today, in one paper, three issues are covered:
1. Drug testing of students begins. This is part of, an extension of the "Zero Tolerance" rules where no wisdom
was allowed, only computerized rules. It is also a result of the long process of reducing everything and every class
and every student to the "lowest common denominator".
2. American students weak in math and science. But they sure know how to emote their feelings. They're strong in self-expression.
3. "You won't have to study for a final exam if you memorize the answers for the TAKS "
Now any one of these three things can get me to talking, but to see all three in one day in our paper,... well that led
me to turn on the computer and write this page. Hopefully you'll read it all. It covers much and accordingly, tries to
weave it together for you, but it is a big big subject, What's wrong with our schools. Educational Bias falsely justified
by Institutional Certification paid for by profits of those institutions is a huge root of the problem.
For example, after the Federal Reserve Banking System was run through a non-quorum qualifying congress in 1913,
those same bankers who got the bill passed set up money to pay for new teachers and new teaching departments in the colleges
of America to teach their justifications for the Federal Reserve System. Why was that necessary? Because good and true men
had strongly opposed the whole idea for a hundred years, but they got steam-rolled with bank money advertising to gain the way
the Dollar Profit wanted. Read your history book if you can find one old enought to still tell the story. I have a couple for you.
And you can also research it through the index of the New York Times.
Why bring up banking if this is about schools. Well, if I can show you how dollars lead things from banking
to Congress to medicine and health, then perhaps you can see how it happens also in The Education Industry
which is second in size only to the national defense budget according to some general estimates.
Times Record News Oct 18,2005 Local, Section B, Wichita Falls, Texas, the city that faith built.
Well, to whom much is given, much is expected. The city falls far short.
The city for saying it's news media of tv channels have no place to comment on what's happening with the school system and the
the children of this city. Isolation of power is rarely a good thing in government. Seems like that's what I learned about
the division of power in our Constitution.
The "school system" whatever that is, it's huge, bigger than you see on first glance....it includes all the federally and state
budgeted dollars for everything dealing with 50,000,000 students in America. Reports have claimed the total dollars circulated
in the "School System" or "Educational System" is second only to the national defence budget. So there's more politics
where there's more money. Believe it. It's called Fin-Pol, Financial Politics.
Well, the Fin-Pol system has eroded our education system easier since it got the newly established Federal Department
of Education. Our Founding Fathers had good reason not to put such a thing in the original constitution. I do believe
they were more learned and wise and experienced than most of our current educators who blindly follow federal rules
for the sake of money, letting the children's bread of learning fall where it may.
The school system, excuse me, School System, has continually lowered the standard to the lowest common denominator possible
for the last 45 years. And began working on it over 70 years ago with the nonsense Dick and Jane books, along with much social engineering
from the father of modern education, John Dewey, and all his "progressive education".
Consequently, PhD's in economics are so brainwashed in their "education" that they actually with the same degree take
opposite stands on how and why economics work. At Texas A&M a PHD economic advisor to the President of the USA taught
that the government had to spend the money to make the economy work, that the government had to tax, to take it from the people
or the economy wouldn't work. Then finally, Dr. Freidman explained things the other way around to a few of them.
Point is, the PhDs in many of the so called soft sciences have been taught many things that are not right.
Then they are certified and endorsed by their Institution with all it's state, national, and federal recognition, so they believe
if all those people say it's so, then that's the way it is.
This can be shown in sociology, psychology, federal prescription drugs from cradle to grave, and in our School System.
Today, in many courts a lawyer would be ridiculed if he referenced Absolute Law, yet that was the standard for hundreds of years.
Blackstone's Commentary was not done away with until shortly after World War II. It was the standard until replaced slowly by
so called Evolutionary Law. A supreme court justice was recorded as saying after WWII that he didn't care what the Constitution said
it would legally mean whatever he declared it meant. That was a major step in our run-away supreme court system that has taken
to legislating laws from the bench instead of Congress.
Want to see money and law working together to attain the goals of the money? Look at Microsoft and it's legal problems
about being a monopoly. Clearly they are. Yet with enough time in court to hold up the verdict, and enough money spent
around on pressure groups, the verdict came out in favor of Microsoft, MistakoSoft. The richest company in the world won its
court case! Any wonder?
The dominant characteristic of their software is confusion and problems, yet they put far better competitors our of business
with government money contracts, the "easy" money. Most old timer programmers will tell you this if you ask them, but you won't
see it in print because it's not "news worthy". The Microsoft victory is an accomplished fact. Well, so is the school system.
The School System is a monopoly. It is funded by the richest source, tax money, at every level, city, county, state, and federal.
It is guilty of tremendous Fin-Pol. It seeks to gain the bigger budget rather than seeking to gain the best minded student.
Oh, it makes restatements of it's definitions, it claims to be seeking "Excellence in Learning", but this is a cover for
justifying the ever changing Federal Programs, and new Education Programs. All this at the cost of losing our traditional
teaching methods and subjects that made America great. Make no mistake, America is not so great now as she once was.
Surely we can count the students killing students, as a new thing born in the last fifty years.
Surely we can count the international scores of our students as being what it is, a down grade of Amerian schools.
Being a monopoly and isolated in it's power to control what goes on in the classroom, the School System has the power
to ignore voices it doesn't want to hear. It has the power to publish only it's own justifications and praises,
and so far, the people, the families are believing it.
Well, this is written to tell you, the emperor has no clothes.
Fifty years ago, American students scored at the top of all international testing in math and science. Today we're at the bottom.
Doctors of Education need to stop believing that they know everything best about how to teach our children.
Even doctors of medicine disagree on many critical issues of life and death and health in the arena of man made drugs
or natural life-generated compounds to help the body be well.
One can lead a student to where he awakens to the idea of loving the truth, delighting himself in learning the truth.
Or one can resort to "If you do well on my federally funded TAKS test, I'll let you get out of taking a final exam."
Educators too often have been blinded by their own system, justifying the following of federal funding even when it is
at the expense of good teaching.
We now have many classes for credit in soft-sciences, and fewer elements of vital basics like English Grammar.
A two year physics student can graduate from our high schools and have little or no concept of voltage, but be well
acquainted with a particular key stroke sequence on a fancy calculator.
Things need to be brought out into the light with parent intervention in what their students learn.
Parents need to walk towards the light and see the light about what could be and is not being taught in school.
For a PhD in medicine to be "educated" out of seeing a clear and simple fix so he resorts to surgery to remove
a problem in the stomach or the colon, is an example of Institutional Fin-Pol Education for the sake of Dollars
rather than Truth. What am I talking about. My father had his stomach mostly removed to stop a problem he had.
Well that removal just caused more problems. Later, a Doctor of Chiropractic showed me on his x-rays where extreme
pressure was on nerves feeding into my fathers stomach and bowels. The MD's didn't notice, didn't see it, and didn't even
respect the potential of such a cause, so they just cut out most of his stomach to stop the problem.
It has been published now in more than one journal of medicine that this mistake was common.
A chiropracter showed me a journal on this in the late sixties. And I've since seen others.
This ignorance was common, this biased teaching was common,
these mis-guided PhD's secure in their Institutional Degree spread harm with some of their mis-Fin-Pol-Information.
Many many other examples can be given in the arena of medicine, psychology, sociology, and education, the "soft-sciences".
If you can see where this is true, then please believe me, it is also true in the area of our "School System", else
things wouldn't be as they are.
A PhD in education can be effective by applying the word of life to students whom he is trying to teach.
Inspire them with the Beauty of Truth and telling the benefits they'll gain from delighting themselves in truth,
instead of saying "If you'll study for the Taks test and do well, then you won't have to study for a final exam."
Have you ever had a child out in the county and actually sat down and shown them the beautiful sunset on the horizon.
The beauty and majesty of it is amazing and inspiring. Many lessons can be taught from this. Inspire the child.
Lead him into the beauty of truth, in every area. Anyone who cannot do this and is drawing a salary for a teacher,
just has an Institutional Certification that justifies their pay check. The results certainly will not justify that check.
PhD in Psychology: Some teach one way, some try to help one way, others another. Their size of their union is the main
thing that justifies their teaching institutions. The Russians decided in the early 20's and 30's to seek to replace the Bible
as authority in America with Psychology. And that too has come to pass. Psychology is the higer standard in a court of law today.
But not all psychologists have taken all the bait. Some understand. Same with educators, doctors, and lawyers.
Some lawyers with a PhD believe only in evolutionary law and a "changing" constitution, while others, wiser, do not.
So please look around you and see the limits of meaning when someone is called a PhD. Take a good look. And know
that your children, your health, and your understanding depend upon which source you hear.
Og Mandino wrote that the reason people don't make the best choice is when they didn't know that choice existed.
Don't let this be true of you concerning your children's school, or your health, or what you base your decisions upon.
Two bases for decisions are available: the truth of God, or the reasonings of men. Choose one.
I assure you, classes can be done better than they are today. Children would be much helped if we could restore some
classic beauty to our classes.
A few background notes for your consideration:
The federal department of education was not set up by the original constitution,
it came after World War II.
Few today know how the First Amendment was taught prior to WWII. Why? Learn and see the picture of the re-writing of history.
Lawyers are divided today on the fundamental concept of Absolute verses Evolutionary law. Why? Study and learn.
How does one become able to get what amounts to an infinite interest rate? This is connected to the establishment
of new economics departments with specially taught new instructors to popularize and justify the once controversial
federal reserve system.
How do parents who carry a Bible to church every Sunday justify the sending of their children to a school system
that condemns or ignores or denies the validity of that very book. Remember, omission is the most effective form of
censorship.
I have compiled many things from scripture that can be applied to teaching and should be.
The names of the new testing system has been changed from time to time.
This changing of the names is so public animosity can't build up too much against one name before it changes to another.
As soon as the public began to become aware of OBE and it's problems, the name was changed in the 1990's.
Why? Because it's an unworkable system deserving only of being ceased, but it is still being followed by government
funded PhD's who received their certification not from parents, but from Dollar Seeking Instititutions.
Please read the Dear Hillary Letter, and be assured the gov funds have followed that course.

This is written after reading the newspaper report of how the School System wants to motivate students.
Everything seems aimed at the Federal Testing. Less and less is aimed at getting the students to know or understand.
The highest goal is "Just get the best Taks grade. Just get the kids to know the answers to the TAKS tests, that's what counts."
Writer's note: This page may not be written the way you would do it, but I took the time to present some information
here, and if you want to help improve, please let me know. I welcome help.
